It was a great couple of weeks in France and England!

Le Mont Saint-Michel won for being the coolest place in France. We stayed on the island itself and got up at sunrise to explore everywhere and watch the tide come in before any (other) tourists got there. It was so amazing!

Cornwall was the coolest place in England. There were nice people and baby bunnies and baby sheepies everywhere! Me and my sister went horseback riding and cantered on the beach. It would have been amazing if I weren’t so out of practice riding. I had to be too focused on staying in the saddle to really appreciate it. :XD: But I can still brag I did it in the future, and pretend I am not bad at riding. :meow: We went on a huge hike along the cliffs and I had the most delicious toffee ice cream. (Pic with the hand is me showing how far ahead of my mom and sister I was. I am a fast hiker.)

We visited The Eagle and Child in Oxford, the famous writing pub of the Inklings which included Tolkien, Lewis, and sometimes my great grandfather who was a long-distance Inkling from Massachusetts. In London we went to Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese pub, which has the best name in the universe. It was a favorite writing place of my favorite author, Chesterton (Also, Dickens, who I like very much) Mac and cheese at the Cheshire Cheese is the way to go.

I am overwhelmed with catching up but I am trying to reply to all the things and get back into contact with commissioners again this week, bear with me! And I'll probably post a few of my favorite pictures as deviations, but we will have to see, because I don't upload photography very much.
