Bhatair is a skilled swordsman and sometimes Gudrun practices with him. She's not very good at it, because it annoys me in stories/tv when all the characters are magically masters of every form of martial art (even when it's unlikely they would know how to fight at all). Bhatair probably goes easy on her and it is all just for fun and he lets her win. The usual.
...I thought this would make me happy but all it has brought me is paiinnnn because of this scene, and you just know they aren't gonna be having flirty sword fights after that. Dang you, Bhatair, why you gotta ruin stuff?
That annoys you too? So great I think is kind of really bothering when you create a character and everyone expects it to be perfect in every skill
Love your colouring
I love it
I'm really hoping that their ship can be recovered...or maybe it's already been recovered. They're still married after 22 years, after all.
But only you know that for certain...
(Married for 22 years according to Bhatair, though, not sure if Gudrun would agree about that. )
It is very complicated, and Bhatair isn't the only one in this relationship who has done unforgivable things. Not even I will know for certain if they can forgive each other until I get closer to their inevitable reunion in the story.
Now I'm curious though...If Gudrun isn't good at fencing, what is she good at? We don't know much about her...
As far as activities, she’s a great swimmer and excellent dancer. Her and Bhatair really fall for each other after the scene that has always been titled “Sexy Tango Time” in my script.
Her greatest strengths are in her head, though. She is empathetic as well as cunning. She can hold together broken people, or break people who thought they had it all together, and she uses that to protect her kids and her family.
Also, you are the first commenter on this who didn't use any capslock!
This is SO beautiful though
But this is so gorgeous.
