Seriously, when the evil Air Force people come to kidnap you, go with them. They can take you to magical lands of golf courses and fantastic interior design.

If, however the U.S. Navy comes to get you, you should be more cautious. I think most of our hotels are made from recycled submarines. But make no mistake-- We are still better than all the other armed forces! *Is Navy brat* ;) That sketch is of an actual Air Force hotel I stayed at this year. It was so shiny, my eyes--they are still bleeding. (The perspective's off a bit because I drew it super fast while we were waiting in the lobby.)

Anyways, if you haven't seen Super 8 yet, you need to because it is made of win!

Oh, yes! I love the lens flares too! I especially like how they're natural and not added in by a computer. I don't like it when people make fun of the all glorious flares. XP

It is true! Part of me is slightly jealous/repulsed that the money isn't being used elsewhere... but the other part just really likes architecture and pretty things. So I don't mind that much >.>
