Some people have asked how I make comic panels, so here it is. I think it's pretty straight forward, but comment if you have any questions. (This is my first tutorial) Hope it helps! :aww:

This is in Gimp, but it shouldn’t be too difficult from Photoshop or other programs. (In Ps, to stroke the selection you go to Edit>Stroke, you’ll probably have to set the line width to 10px or so, depending on how big your comic page is.)

For overlapping panels – make the under panels first, then select the ones that will go on top. Once selected, Ctrl-x to cut what’s in the selection and then stroke the selection.
